About Perinatal Associates

Perinatal Associates of New Mexico, Ltd., is a group of physicians specializing in high-risk pregnancies. All of the physician members of this group are Perinatologists (i.e. Obstetricians that have received an additional two years of fellowship training in high-risk pregnancies). This training involves intensive care and use of specialized obstetrical equipment including ultrasound.

Our team of doctors, nurse practitioners, genetic counselors and other trained professionals are here to help you with your pregnancy. AIUM Accreditation

Accreditation by the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM) demonstrates a facility’s clinical excellence and its commitment to the highest quality patient care when providing diagnostic ultrasound services. To become accredited, a practice must undergo a rigorous and detailed application process.

AIUM accreditation, which is a voluntary process, gives patients the assurance that a facility is qualified to perform their ultrasound examinations.
