Insurance and Payment Policies

Please be sure you know and understand the benefits offered by your insurance plan as it is your responsibility.

Perinatal Associates will file insurance forms for all services performed in our office or at the hospital. We ask the patients to bring a insurance card and copay with them for their first visit. Patients who have no insurance or whose insurance does not include maternity coverage will be asked to pay 20% of charges at the time of services. Payment schedules for any balance due must be arranged with our billing office.
