Sonographer
We are looking for sonographers throughout the state and have immediate needs in Farmington, Clovis and Roswell for full-time and part-time positions. We will provide extensive specialized training.
Our sonographers provide evaluation through high risk ultrasound exams according to protocols and AIUM regulations. Interpret and document the procedure. Report findings and pathology for US performed to the provider seeing the patient and referring OB provider as needed. Advise on scheduling the patient for follow-ups necessary.
Follows and maintains accurate billing and coding policies. Provides services in caring, empathetic, professional, ethical and legal manner with a team approach.

Billing
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Billing Manager to oversee the revenue cycle operations of our Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) specialty practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing and coding, particularly in OB services, and will be responsible for ensuring accurate claim submission, timely reimbursement, and compliance with payer regulations. The candidate should live within fifty (50) miles of the Billing Office to manage, mentor and train billing staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability while working in a hybrid environment.
Qualifications for this position are: an associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field, a minimum 3-5 years of medical billing experience (OB preferred), be certified in CPC and CPB from AAPC or similar certification (preferred), have experience in Greenway Intergy Electronic Medical Record and Practice Management for billing operations, and have supervisory and team building skills.
