Our expert staff is devoted to treating each patient and her family with dignity, respect, and compassion. We have grown to 10 locations throughout the state to better serve our population.
Your primary responsibility is to support PANM’s mission of providing outstanding patient care by being the initial technical contact for all PANM Physicians, Management and Staff.
• You will provide support for all desktop and laptop computers, associated peripherals (printers, faxes, scanners, etc.), end-user software and any PANM owned devices such as iPAD, iPhone, cellular, etc through our internal help desk.
• Work with ‘Lead’ HIT Department Personnel to learn the skills (both technical and non-technical) needed to advance our Healthcare I/T.
• Network Support – You will work with ‘Network Engineering’ to support best practices for the network infrastructure here at PANM.
• Hours/Call Duties – Although PANM’s primary hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday, our Physicians are on call 24×7 and we have a department that works weekends and holidays. There will be some call duties required outside of normal business hours on a rotating basis.
